Minnesota Lieutenant Governor Tina Smith addressed graduates of the Alexandria Technical and Community College Wednesday night at the Runestone Community Center. She talked about innovative ideas Minnesota college students have sparked over the years. She noted that a former Alexandria Technical College graduate, Jill Blashack Strahan, co-founded Tastefully Simple, a business that has grown to achieve $100 million in annual sales.
