Tennis: Osakis dominates Montevideo in 7-0 final

The Osakis tennis team got back to its winning ways after a tight loss to Minnewaska on Aug. 30 by rolling over Montevideo in a 7-0 final on Sept. 6.

The Silverstreaks won in straight sets at every spot. Tia Dykema, Lauren Scherr, Alexa Lien and Kennedy George won in the singles lineup.

In doubles, Shea Olson and Camryn Hoffarth didn’t drop a game at the first spot. Mara VanNyhuis and Brittany Dietrich won 6-3, 6-0 and Kadyn Triebenbach and Sydney Rach won 6-1, 6-2.
