Blizzard shut out by Twin City

One night after Alexandria scored 12 goals in a blowout win over Twin City, the Blizzard got shutout in a 5-0 loss to that same Steel team on Saturday.

Twin City scored twice in the opening period to take some early momentum. The Steel ran with that, adding three more goals in the third period to snap a five-game winning streak for the Blizzard (9-3).

Twin City's Jackson Germaine earned the shutout in net with 35 saves. Evan Bisek took the loss for Alexandria after turning aside 27 of the 32 shots he faced.
