The West Central Area volleyball team hosted Pelican Rapids on Monday night and surrendered to the Vikings in three close sets, 25-17, 25-20 and 25-23.

Senior setter Brianna Kreft led the Knights offensively with eight kills followed closely by senior middle hitter Demara Bumgardner with seven kills.

"Defensively is where the most improvement was made," Linn said.
