A Parkers Prairie woman was injured in a crash with a farm tractor in Todd County Tuesday night.

The crash happened on Todd County Road 22, west of Todd County Road 1 in Wykeham Township.

Bailey Deuel of rural Parkers Prairie was traveling west at about 10:30 p.m. when she struck a tractor pulling a manure spreader, according to the Todd County Sheriff’s Office.

The driver of the tractor, Alvin Yoder Jr. of rural Bertha, was not injured.

The tractor and spreader received moderate damage.

The accident is under investigation and will be forwarded to the Todd County Attorney’s Office for review.

Improper lighting on the tractor and spreader, along with rainy weather, are believed to be contributing factors in the crash, according to the sheriff’s office.
