Suspicious person, caller reported man walking slowly through her yard, looked in the window, no clothing description or direction of travel provided, Evansville.

Suspicious vehicle, caller reported vehicle parked at end of driveway, unoccupied, parked there sometime overnight, called back, owner of vehicle was there with trailer to pick up vehicle, deputy provide lights until vehicle was loaded, Kensington.

Assist other agency, potential heroin overdose.

Suspicious person, report of younger man with a backpack, walking on Central Lakes Trail, going through trash, talks to himself, man contacted, is walking from St. Cloud to Fargo, did not appear under the influence, is in good physical condition, did not want a ride or help, Garfield.

Attempted fraud/scam, caller reported son’s friend tried using her iTunes card to order stuff, contacted bank.

Suspicious vehicle, caller reported vehicle driving by residence really slow multiple times, Evansville.

Drug related activity, caller reported people in end unit are doing meth, concerned for her children and babysitter, Miltona.

ALEXANDRIA POLICE DEPARTMENT

Public assist, report of couple living in their vehicle in a parking lot for last couple of months, business would like them removed.

Hit and run, report of someone running into comp’s garage with vehicle, happened sometime overnight.

Public assist, report of items being stolen from caller’s room, checked on, nothing was stolen.

Theft, caller reported garage door was open and items were stolen, Kenwood Drive.

Stolen vehicle, caller noticed trailer was missing, 36th Avenue W.

Animal complaint, barking dogs for the last hour.

Fraud, caller reported credit card fraud through business account.

Suspicious activity, report of person observing two black duffel bags being dropped off and other suspicious activity.

Animal complaint, caller is upset about neighbor’s dog, when let outside, the animal runs all over.

Animal complaint, report of black dog running wild and being aggressive toward people, ongoing issue.

Suspicious person, caller said she tried to help a female at the mall who she felt was in trouble, late teens to early 20s.

Driving complaint, caller reported concrete truck threw a rock, cracked his windshield.

Property damage crash, minor crash, no injuries, cited for no insurance, 30th Avenue E.

Information, purging gas for the next 30 minutes, maybe smell in the area, South L’Homme Dieu Drive NE, Skyline Drive.

Drug related activity, caller reported person smoking marijuana, getting in caller’s apartment.

Public assist, ER requesting ride back for elderly female back to Grand Arbor.

Suspicious person, woman reporting a man with black meshy hunting mask and black coat came and stood at her trailer, stared at her for quite awhile, then turned and walked toward mailboxes, she stated she’s seen this man several times, area checked, man was gone, comp will call back if she sees him again, 6th Avenue E.

Suspicious activity, caller reported someone pounding on back door and window, Willow Drive.

Drug related activity, someone reported seeing people exchange bags.
