Friday, June 8

Assist other agency, man walking eastbound near County Road 46 was hitchhiking, transported man to Nelson, his car broke down.

Assist other agency, vehicles doing burnouts in parking lot, advised group to leave.

Driving complaint, vehicle all over road, Brandon.

Animal complaint, black dog running into traffic, Brandon.

Found property, large planter of flowers found on Central Lakes Trail.

Public assist, electrical box at intersection is open.

Public assist, comp would like someone to stop by and pick up some old blasting caps, Crow Wing Bomb Squad was contacted and will schedule time to pick up.

Personal injury crash, motorcycle crash, unknown injuries, Nelson.

Burning complaint, anonymous complaint of illegal burning in the trailer park, fire was contained and not a hazard, Brandon.

Animal complaint, loud barking dog, Nelson.

Traffic hazard, dead deer in the middle of the road.

Saturday, June 9

Driving complaint, concerned about golf carts on the streets and unsafe driving practices.

Property damage crash, caller reported that his daughter went into the ditch and took out at least one mailbox, but kept going and drove home.

Assist other agency, comp states someone in a pickup hit her husband’s car and also the garage at their apartment complex.

Sunday, June 10

Assist other agency, woman causing problems, spit on tables and walking around without pants on.

Traffic hazard, tree laying across the road.

Traffic hazard, deer laying in the middle of the road, still alive.

Fire, grass fire, hay bales on fire.

Water complaint, found pontoon floating on Lake Victoria, comp found owner, all OK.

Information, Osakis Fire is doing a training on Monday night, they have a bus tipped over in case anyone calls in a rolled bus crash.

Assist other agency, comp said an intoxicated man walked into his apartment, he got him to leave and now the intoxicated man is walking down the street.

Animal complaint, cattle walking on the roadway, Nelson.

Property damage crash, two vehicles, no injuries.

Public assist, dropped off shotguns for disposal.

Noise complaint, unknown number of people slamming doors, yelling and screaming, waking up neighbors.

Property damage crash, one vehicle, no injury.

Lost property, black trifold wallet with driver’s license and large sum of money.

Parking complaint, vehicle parked in no parking zone.

Property damage crash, semi hit comp’s vehicle, minor accident report.

Suspicious activity, someone in vehicle watching kids with binoculars.

Property damage crash, minor crash, no injuries.

Parking complaint, green vehicle parked on the road for two weeks.

Suspicious activity, report of people smoking on the Central Lakes Trail.

Suspicious activity, it appeared someone tried to get into a business when it was closed.

Property damage crash, bus clipped a car, no injuries.

Driving complaint, vehicle all over the road.

Fraud, comp is upset his TV isn’t working and doesn’t want to pay extra fees, comp doesn’t think it’s fair he is being asked to pay more.

Driving complaint, vehicle speeding by residence multiple times going at least 60 mph.

Saturday, June 9

Drunk, comp came upon man who seemed to have fallen off his bike, severely intoxicated, no injuries, refused help.

Suspicious person, man passed out on the side of the road, unknown if injured.

Drug-related activity, comp can smell marijuana coming from downstairs apartment.

Check welfare of a person, man and woman asleep in vehicle, parties are homeless.

Traffic hazard, caller said there was a large bed of flowers in the middle of the road.

Public assist, caller wants to know if it is legal to bring a portable fire pit to the beach area, advised not to have a fire at a public beach.

Driving complaint, comp said a truck full of teen girls were all over the road and the girls were flipping people off.

Suspicious vehicle, truck parked in parking lot for about a week, made contact, owner will move it.

Animal complaint, caller has a bat in her house and no one to help her, back was relocated to the outdoors.

Loud party complaint, a bunch of people that live in area concerned about 20-year-olds partying every weekend with loud music and fireworks and many vehicles in and out of area at a high rate of speed.

Sunday, June 10

Suspicious activity, comp stated door was open when family got back from vacation, nothing reported out of of place.

Theft, purse stolen out of locked vehicle parked by playground.

Parking complaint, people placing no parking signs in front of houses on Elm Street near the ballpark, signs removed and layed down on the ground.

Conservation, goose with an injured wing in the water by Easton Place.

Public assist, questions regarding neighbors who have large snakes that they let slither free in their yard.

Traffic hazard, comp states there is a baby fox in the road and causing traffic to be held up.

Suspicious activity, comp reported a chair and mattress in the woods at the end of the parking lot.

Driving complaint, wrong way driver.
