FBI seeks tips about bank robbery in Waite Park

A surveillance camera captured this image of a bank robbery suspect in Waite Park.

The FBI is asking for the public's help in solving a bank robbery that happened Sunday in Waite Park.

The robbery happened at approximately 10:56 a.m. at the MidCountry Bank, 1133 Waite Avenue South. The robber confronted bank employees and demanded cash. No weapon was displayed.

After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, the robber fled from the bank. The robber was seen leaving in an early 2000 year model, Ford Mustang, silver or grey.

The robber was described as a white male, 35 to 40 years old, approximately 6 feet tall, 250 pounds, and wearing a light blue or grey shirt and shorts.
