CLCA presents second concert of the season: Home Free
The Central Lakes Concert Association (CLCA) is proud to present its second concert of the season.
Home Free, a male a cappella group, will perform Saturday, October 17 in the gym at Jefferson High School at 7:30 p.m.
Home Free is a perfect fusion of comedy and four-part harmony, combined with one astounding vocal percussionist, Adam Rupp. Other members of the group include Chris Rupp (Adam's brother), Chris Foss and Matt Atwood, plus one or two backup singers who join the group when needed.
The members of Home Free have been hailed as carving out new ground and expanding the horizons of their audience members by introducing their own unique flavor into the world of music.
Their genre of music is an expansive mix, ranging from pop songs to classical and even techno, all successfully done only with the human voice, their microphones and a state of the art sound system.
This young, talented group has been amazing audiences all over the Midwest since 2000. Audiences have ranged from the Minnesota Vikings to guests aboard Celebrity Cruises and crowds at the Mall of America.
The members of Home Free also devote their time to education by encouraging music in public schools through innovative workshops and concert fundraising. Their programs have raised thousands of dollars for schools in Minnesota.
