Community Education will offer the public a Fix It Clinic to provide demonstrations of basic repair approaches.

The Fix-It programs will include bicycles, automotive, small engine, plumbing and clothing. If attendees have specific items relating to the demonstrations that need to be repaired, they are encouraged to bring them. Volunteers will be available to supervise repairs.

Tools will be available, but attendees are also encouraged to bring their own.

For the May 15 course, Community Education seeks volunteers to be instructors/supervisors in the areas of bicycle repair, small engines, small electronics, sewing (hand sewing), automotive (simple repairs and maintenance) and plumbing.

To volunteer, to recommend an instructor, or to suggest item repair topics to be covered in future courses, contact Community Education at (320) 762-3310.
