Motorists and residents on Highway 28 west of Sauk Centre will encounter intermittent lane closures, flaggers, pilot cars and possible delays between Highway 71 and Westport beginning Monday, April 29.
Motorists travelling between the Twin Cities Metro Area and St. Cloud will encounter delays beginning Monday, September 24, when both directions of Interstate 94 are reduced to a single lane between Highway 24 in Clearwater and County Road 75 in St. Cloud.

The Minnesota Department of Public Safety (DPS) recently released its 2010 Crash Report. It recorded 411 traffic deaths in Minnesota – the lowest number since 1944 when 356 people were killed.
The report also showed that there was a 15 percent decrease of motorcyclist deaths and the lowest number of alcohol-related deaths on record.
Motorists should plan for traffic restrictions and lane closures on highways in Mahnomen, Otter Tail and Grant counties as crews begin a series of preventive maintenance seal coating projects on Wednesday, August 10.
