Tom Emmer, Mark Dayton and Tom Horner drew their record-setting debate series to a close where it all started in a Sunday governor's forum sounding a lot like their first one just after the Aug. 10 primary election.
Tom Horner said the race for governor is between him and DFLer Mark Dayton. During a campaign stop in Willmar today, Horner, the Independence Party candidate for governor, said he believes Republican Tom Emmer has tapped out his base of support.
Minnesota programs would be cut $2.45 billion and taxes increased $2.15 billion under governor candidate Tom Horner’s budget plan.
