As the homeownership market slowly improves in Minnesota and the spring buying market gets underway, the Minnesota Department of Commerce, Minnesota Homeownership Center and Minnesota Housing Finance Agency want to remind potential buyers that information is the key to successful homeownership.
According to law enforcement, no one was inside the residence at the time of the fire.
The home was a total loss. A vehicle parked near the house was also damaged.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
