• Monday, October 10, 1:30 to 7:30 p.m., St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Alexandria.
• Tuesday, October 11, 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Alexandria.
• Thursday, October 13, noon to 6 p.m., Osakis Community Center, Osakis.
A blood donor’s card or driver’s license, or two other forms of identification are required.
Individuals who are 17 years old, weigh at least 110 pounds and are in generally good health may be eligible.
