Rural Minnesota Concentrated Employment Program (RMCEP) of Alexandria been recognized for excellence in performance in exceeding 18 standards and meeting one standard in its workforce development efforts at the recent annual RMCEP all-staff conference in Fergus Falls.
The hospital was one of 46 in the state recognized by the Minnesota Hospital Association’s (MHA) inaugural Patient Safety Excellent Awards as part of the organization’s campaign to nix adverse incidents in Minnesota hospitals.
Winners of the award program, “Motivate Educate Excel” (MEE), were recently announced.
The award was established in honor of Lee Hunter, a 2000 graduate of Jefferson High School in Alexandria who died on July 18, 2006.
