Flashing lights mean “move over” in Minnesota – it’s the law. Today, August 31, the Minnesota State Patrol and several agencies statewide will increase patrols to enforce the state’s “Ted Foss Move Over” law.
Question: Is it legal for a person to drink alcohol when riding in an RV? I know someone who uses his RV to haul people around for weddings and celebrations and those people are drinking in the vehicle.

Minnesota State Trooper Travis Pearson followed a car driven by a shooting incident suspect down a tree-lined rural St. Louis County driveway, with his nearest law enforcement backup several minutes away.
To recruit a more diverse workforce, the Minnesota State Patrol has created a specialized recruitment effort that provides a pathway for those without a law enforcement background to become a state trooper.
Question: I see a lot of people with GPS units on their dash or hanging from the windshield blocking their view. Would you please settle the debate at our house and tell us whether this is legal or not? I am betting it is illegal.
