The Sauk River Watershed District (SRWD) presented it’s 10 year report to update Douglas County commissioners on the progress of improving water quality in area lakes and rivers. Pups in Millerville Township have a new spa but horses in Hudson won’t be gaining ground. Douglas County commissioners approved a conditional use permit for John and Kathleen Bakken to operate a water therapy and grooming business for dogs in Millerville.
