The annual Veterans Art Show is scheduled for Wednesday, February 13, from 12:30 to 6:30 p.m., and Thursday, February 14, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., in the Auditorium (Building 8) on the main campus of the St. Cloud Veterans Affairs (VA) Health Care System. The show is open to the public.
An informational meeting about Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility Improvement Grants for Lake Region Arts organizations will be held on Thursday, February 14 from 2 to 3 p.m. at Alexandria Area Arts Association in Alexandria.
Mikko Cowdry and Chuck Wencl jazzed up the crowd at Big Ole Central Park in Alexandria on Thursday. More than 70 residents came together to celebrate what most people are calling the city’s first public art display – the Gathering Tree.
