A new 33-room, limited-service hotel, Crossings Inn and Suites, will open in Parkers Prairie in July and will be managed by the St. Paul hospitality firm, Morrissey Hospitality Companies (MHC). Gamila “Gem” Saied was hired to be the general manager.
