The February forecast released Thursday, February 28 shows a projected fiscal year 2014-15 budget deficit of $627 million. This is an improvement of $463 million from the November budget forecast that showed a project budget deficit of $1.1 billion.

The column contained plenty of insults and ridicule directed at those who might have a different viewpoint. The radical left would be so proud of Dalman’s clever mastery of those Saul Alinsky tactics of intimidation. Alinsky himself would have marveled at his ability to avoid references, evidence and facts to support his emotional outrage.
