Otto Bremer Foundation awards $27,500 to Rainbow Rider
The Otto Bremer Foundation, majority owner of Bremer Bank, awarded $27,500 to the Rainbow Rider Transit Board. The funds will be used to purchase IT dispatch equipment for integrated community transportation for Douglas, Pope, Stevens, Grant, Todd and Traverse counties.
