Shirley Blake, 82

Shirley Blake, 82, Brooklyn Park, formerly of Alexandria, passed away on October 11, 2012.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Dennis Blake; parents, Carl and Verda Nelson.

She will be deeply missed by her husband, Raymond Hiedeman; her children, Jeanne (Michael) Berry, James (Trudi) Blake, Joseph (Kimberly) Blake; grandchildren, Melissa, Rachel, Mary, Ryan and Megan; great-grandchildren, Hailey, Brenden, Cameron; sisters, Dee Regnier, Corolyn Mortensen; the 16 dear Hiedeman children and their families; many other relatives and good friends.

Mass of Christian Burial was held Tuesday, October 16 at Catholic Church of St. Gerard, 9600 Regent Avenue N., Brooklyn Park; (763) 424-8770.

Private interment will be held at Van Loon Cemetery in Alexandria at a later date.

Arrangements are with Cremation Society of Minnesota in Brooklyn Park; (763) 560-3100.
