Vivian Tuttle, 81, Forada, died July 12, 2012.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 19 at 11 a.m. at Anderson Funeral Home in Alexandria.
Visitation is one hour prior to the service on Thursday at the funeral home.
Immediately following the funeral service, a Celebration of Life will be held at the Forada Supper Club.
