Lorraine R. Jenks, 91, Lowry, died March 4, 2012 at Knute Nelson in Alexandria.
Lorraine R. Jenks, age 91 of Lowry, went peacefully home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, surrounded by her family, on Sunday, March 4, 2012 at the Knute Nelson Nursing Home in Alexandria. Funeral servcies will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, March 12 at the Lowry Community Covenant Church (formerly Ben Wade Covenant Church) in Lowry. Visitation will be on Sunday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Hoplin-Hitchcock Funeral Home in Glenwood and will continue one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be at 11:05 a.m. on Tuesday, March 13 at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis. Arrangements are with the Hoplin-Hitchcock Funeral Home in Glenwood.
