Alexis May Middendorf was born and died on December 14, 2011 in Alexandria, the daughter of Jamie Aslagson and Jody Middendorf.
Alexis May Middendorf was born and died on December 14, 2011 in Alexandria, the daughter of Jamie Aslagson and Jody Middendorf. Alexis will be loved and remembered by all of her family.
Alexis is survived by her mother, Jamie Aslagson of Alexandria; her father, Jody Middendorf of Melrose; grandparents, Paul and Joni Aslagson of Alexandria and Ron and Cindy Middendorf of Melrose; great-grandparents, Jeanne Schlottman of Alexandria, Don and Dorothy Jacobs of Sauk Centre, and Joe and Lou Middendorf of Sauk Centre; one half-brother, Jackson Middendorf of Melrose; aunts and uncles, Cory Middendorf of Melrose, Geri Petron and husband, Mike, of Long Prairie, Michelle Schmidt and husband, Mike, of Alexandria, Pam Will and husband, Doug, of Lino Lakes, and Steve Aslagson and wife, Lori, of Manchester, IA; cousins, Riley Braden, Kloe, Nicole, Gavin, Sarah, Connor, Ethan, Elizabeth, Kirsten and Christina; and many great-aunts and great-uncles.
A funeral service was held Tuesday, December 20 at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church in Garfield. The Rev. David Gran officiated and Greg Kapphahn provided music. Interment followed at St. Luke’s Cemetery. Casket bearers were Cory Middendorf and Gavin Schmidt.
