Alyce Scott, 68

Alyce Jayne Scott, age 68 of Arden Hills, passed away on November 22, 2011 at Bethesda Hospital in St. Paul.

Alyce was born July 26, 1943 in Deadwood, South Dakota to Harland and Rosella Marie (Raymond) Goring. She married Roger Scott in Montevideo in 1971.

She is survived by her husband, Roger; three children, Rebecca (Bradley) Tollakson of Montevideo, Richard Scott of Arden Hills, and Steven Scott of Arden Hills; brother, Edward Goring of Long Lake; sister, Ruth Ann (Ronald) Onnen of Andover; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death were her parents; and sister, Becky.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 5 at 11 a.m. at Methven-Taylor Funeral Home, 706 4th Avenue NW, New Brighton.

Visitation will begin at 10 a.m.

Interment will take place at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis.
