Florence was born July 3, 1917 to Rose and Andrew Niemann in St. Paul.
She is a graduate of Faribault High School and received a cosmetology degree from the Lawrence Beauty School in St. Paul.
Florence married John Kisor in November of 1939. They resided in Warsaw, MN. Florence had a beauty salon in her home.
In 1971 she married Walter Perry. They farmed in Faribault and upon retirement, sold their farm and bought a home on Lake Moses in Millerville. After Walter passed away, Florence move into an apartment in Brandon, where she worked at her daughter Darlene’s restaurant. In her free time she enjoyed traveling, playing cards with friends and neighbors, gardening and doing crafts with her granddaughter, Debbie. She moved to Bethel Manor in 2005 and into the Bethany Nursing Home in 2007.
Florence is survived by two daughters, Darlene (Larry) Deason of Hoffman and Jeanne (Harold) Wells of Alexandria; seven granddaughters, Debbie (Isan) Ajdari, Tammy (Sidney) Saimanies, Valerie Welch, Shellie (Dio) Whitt, Lori (Tom) Meath, Alisha (Bob) Skauge and Fatima (John) Holm; 12 great-grandchildren; one brother, Wesley (Isabel) Niemann of California; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by husbands, John Kisor and Walter Perry; brothers, Lloyd and Edward Niemann; one grandson; and one great-grandson.
A graveside service was held Wednesday, October 19 at Meadow Ridge Memorial Park in Faribault.
