Michael J. Cihlar, 45, Sartell, died March 13, 2010 at his home.

Michael J. Cihlar, 45, Sartell, died March 13, 2010 at his home.

Michael was born December 9, 1964 in Fargo, ND to Mervin and Norma Jean (Larson) Cihlar. He made his career working in retail sales and enjoyed working in the yard and being outside.

Survivors include his sons and daughter, Nathan, Alex, Abigail and Nicholas, all of St. Joseph, MI; parents, Mervin and Norma Jean Cihlar of Sartell; brother and sisters, Mark (Shannon) Cihlar of Alexandria, Michelle (Greg) Soulliere of Grand Ledge, MI, and Melissa (Marvin) Beutz of Clearwater; and eight nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents.

Memorials are preferred to CentraCare Heart Center.

Mass of Christian Burial was held March 18 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Sartell with the Rev. Lauren Germann officiating. Burial was at the parish cemetery.

Arrangements were made by Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home, Sauk Rapids.
