Kathleen was the “mother hen” of the Coleman family; the glue that kept the family together.

Employed by Qwest for 25 years, Kathleen was a former president of the CWA Local 7200. She enjoyed baking, crosswords, Sudoku and mostly being with her nephews and nieces.

She will be missed by her surviving brothers and sisters, John (Ann) Coleman, Mary (Howie) Anderson, Betty Coleman, Bob Coleman, Dave Coleman and Richard Coleman; five nephews and nieces; as well as aunts, uncles and cousins.

Her parents, John and Faye Coleman of Detroit Lakes, preceded her in death.

A memorial service is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 28 at Washburn-McReavy Hillside Chapel, Minneapolis. There will be visitation for one hour prior to the start of services.
