Mervin Olson, 88

Mervin J. Olson, age 88 of Mounds View, passed away Monday, February 11, 2013.

He is a veteran of WWII, and a lifetime member of The New Brighton VFW Post 724, also American Legion of Brandon.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Minnie Olson; and 11 siblings.

Mervin is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Deloresann “Dee”; children; Gail (Bob Wilfahrt), Bruce (Cristall); grandchildren, Chelsea and Julia; and many family and friends.

A private family service and interment at Fort Snelling will be held at a later date.
