Delores Nelson, 79

Delores Nelson, age 79, of Pine River, passed away Monday, January 14, 2013, at St. Cloud Hospital. She was born to Albert and Betty Lorenz on November 4, 1933 in Alexandria.

Delores is survived by her children, Larry Nelson (Susan Smith), Nancy Mullins (Steve), Ed Nelson, Barb Bremer (Terry Ottoson), Delbert Nelson (Cherry Osborne), John Nelson (Mary Worchester); daughter-in-law, Janet Nelson; sisters, Darlene Flategraff, Dona Jean Campbell (Don), Diane Tulenchik; brother, James Paddock; 19 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ed; father, Albert Lorenz, mother, Betty Paddock; stepfather, Ray Paddock; son, Tom Nelson; daughter, Dona Gifford; brother, Delbert Lorenz; sister, Carol Jorgenson; and great-grandson, Michael King.

Services will be held Friday, January 18 at 2 p.m. at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Pequot Lakes.

Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church.
