The Cardinal girls earned the team runner-up trophy in the State Class AA track and field meet last weekend as both Jamie Piepenburg and Rosey Erickson won individual state titles. Showing off that trophy were, left to right, coach Mark Nelsen, Piepenburg, Erickson and head coach Mike Empting.
