Douglas County Sentenced to Serve crews work for a variety of businesses and organizations doing miscellaneous jobs. STS crew members plant and maintain a summer garden at the fairgrounds. Food harvested from the garden is brought to the Douglas County Jail to feed the inmates, which helps to cut down on costs for the county.
