Construction workers Bruce and Roger Springer, of Alexandria-based Rapp Construction, installed final roofing sections Wednesday on Douglas County Housing and Redevelopment Authority’s new office building. Called a roof and berridge Spanish tile system, the metal roof imitates the look of a Spanish tile roof.
