The holiday lights in downtown Alexandria were turned on Friday during Runestone Museum’s annual Christmas in the Fort celebration. Santa and Mrs. Claus flipped the switch, turning the lights on, which signified the start of the holiday season. A video of the lighting ceremony can be found at www.echopress.com.
