Lisa Pikop, principal at Garfield Elementary School, gave the closing remarks at a dedication ceremony Sunday afternoon for the new improvements that were made to the school over the summer. Some of the improvements included removing the 1916 portion of the school and adding a new 1,734 square foot addition, among many others.
