Fashion Review Court of Honor Clothes You Buy winners were Whitney Olson, Kylee Fernholz, Jackie Oelke, Samantha Christensen, Chelsea Drown, Francesca Palmer, Ashley Fults and Paige Gabrielson. Fernholz was the overall Fashion Review champion and Grade 9 reserve champion. Fults was the Grade 9 champion and overall category champion. Palmer was the Grades 6-8 reserve champion.
