Greg Seeger Evanston IL Sad to read the passing of Dean, or better known as Freddy Dean. I was a member of the Palatons playing guitar at first and later switched to saxophone; we played around a lot, and I think we even played at one of the Jefferson H.S. proms. Many many memories of the group, one of the funnier one's when we played at Barefoot Louie's someplace in Osakis; we thought we were really big time then. All in all, it was a lot of fun. However, most of us were in H.S. at the time, and all graduated leaving Dean behind to go onto other ventures. I could go on and on, but won't, it was an enjoyable time in my life, thanks to Dean bringing us all together.

To the family and friends of Freddie Dean, I will always remember the music of Freddie, and enjoyed working with him for awhile at Carlson Music back in the eighties. He truly was "one of a kind". Blessings to all of you, Kori Peterson Williams Andover, MN
