Rusty was such a sweetheart! She will be missed by so many. I worked with her at the courthouse and I'll never forget the time we laughed so hard when Sue and I stopped by to say hello to Rusty at the receptionists desk. Rusty offered us some treats and as we were talking the phone rang and Rusty answered by saying "cookies". The person calling the courthouse said "cookies sound good but I need to talk to the recorder's office." The look on her face was priceless! Thank you for all the smiles Rusty!!
