Douglas County Abstract Company in Alexandria has been providing title insurance and other services relating to real estate transactions since 1967. The company is family-owned by William and Arlana Langner and recently purchased by their children.

Carl explained that the company is involved in the Minnesota Land Title Association. Carl serves as chair of the technology committee to ensure that there is quality service within the company and also throughout the state.

Douglas County Abstract Company has also received an Award of Excellence for quality service from the title insurance industry.
