FINAL ELECTION WRAP-UP: A one-vote win for Franson; shake-ups in local government

The talk of the election in Douglas County today will likely be the outcome of the Minnesota House District 8B race. Incumbent Republican Mary Franson of Alexandria won by the closest margin possible, one vote, over DFLer Bob Cunniff of Alexandria.
