Commissioners OK agreement with SOS office for recount

Commissioners authorized a joint powers agreement with the state of Minnesota through the Office of the Secretary of State to act as an election recount site for the 2012 general election. Other items discussed at the October 9 meeting were staff changes, grants and county partnerships.
