E-charging triggers change at Osakis Police Department

Douglas County commissioners approved a renewed contract with the Osakis Police Department (OPD) that will streamline record keeping. E-charging, an initiative from the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, has been implemented in Douglas County. The service allows law enforcement, court administration, the state and attorneys to correspond on cases electronically.
