State jobless rate holds steady at 5.6 percent
The state unemployment rate remained unchanged at a seasonally adjusted 5.6 percent in May, according to figures released today by the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED). The U.S. unemployment rate was 8.2 percent last month.
