Resurfacing work to delay traffic on Division Street in St. Cloud
Motorists will encounter day-to-day lane closures between 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. on Highway 23/Division Street between Cooper Avenue and Park Avenue in St. Cloud when a resurfacing project begins today, Sunday, June 3.
