Foster celebrates notable chess success
James "J.J." Foster, son of Sean and Shelli-Kae Foster of Alexandria, was recognized by the U.S. Chess Federation as elementary co-champion of the Minnesota State Chess Association Tournament on March 31-April 1 in St. Paul.
