New historical and cultural heritage grants awarded; Douglas County gets $7,000 for new study
The Minnesota Historical Society has announced that 12 organizations in 11 counties will preserve and share the state’s history with support from Minnesota Historical and Cultural Heritage Grants, funded by the Legacy Amendment. With this announcement, funds set aside for fiscal year 2012, which ends June 30, are now all granted.
