Bill to make courthouses safer advances
Today, U.S. Senator Al Franken (D-Minn.)'s Local Courthouse Safety Act – which he introduced in response to a December courthouse shooting in Grand Marais – was passed with strong bipartisan support by the Senate Judiciary Committee.
