Osakis hires new police chief

Chad Gulbranson, a 12-year veteran of the Osakis Police Department (OPD), officially became Osakis’ chief law enforcement officer on April 29. He was hired for the job after Police Chief Mark Gilson announced his retirement earlier this year.
