Brooks case rescheduled: Hearing to change plea now set for March 7

The proceedings in the Brooks murder case have been pushed back even further now. Jeffrey Allan Brooks, 52, of Alexandria, was scheduled to appear in Todd County District Court February 28 on a motion to withdraw his guilty plea and change legal counsel.
